No, the property you invest in is purely an investment and cannot be used for personal use. However, the apartments in the hotel properties you have invested in are of course available for you to book if you want to use them for your vacation.

If one of Rocksolid Estate’s properties becomes vacant, a new tenant is found as quickly as possible to make the property profitable again. After your purchase, you will receive your ROC tokens within one week. This time results from the weekly minting process of the ROC tokens. You can then manage your tokens conveniently in the Rocksolid Investor Portal.

Cryptocurrency minting is the process by which new coins are created by validating transactions. This involves creating new blocks that are added to the blockchain and thus expand it.

Depositing at Equito is generally free of charge (bank transfer). However, a fee of 2.95% of the deposit amount is charged for credit card deposits.


Yield distribution and payout

Rocksolid Estate makes the monthly payment in eCredits (ECS).

In order to view your ROC Token and eCredits withdrawals, Rocksolid Estate AG requires an eWallet address from you. Your personal eWallet address is comparable to an IBAN or bank account number. This means that, in addition to the Rocksolid Estate Investor Portal, you can also view and manage your ROC tokens and eCredits via the eWallet app.

Register with an exchange platform such as Blocktrade, Bit2Me or Bitrue to exchange your eCredits (ECS). These platforms offer you the option of flexibly converting your eCredits into other currencies.

Distributions to token holders are made monthly between the 15th and 20th of each month.

Rocksolid Estate AG offers investors the opportunity to benefit from a diversified portfolio of high-quality commercial properties. Depending on various parameters such as location, type of property, rental agreements and size of the property, the rental yields of commercial properties in Germany and Austria (as of 2024) are between 5-15% per year. Your share of the annual yield results from the net rent of the property less administrative costs. The larger Rocksolid Estate’s portfolio becomes, the higher your share of the annual rental income will be, as the administrative costs will be proportionately lower. In addition, the increase in the value of the property, which has averaged 5-10% per year in recent years, contributes to a higher return. You can benefit from the increase in value as soon as you resell the real estate tokens you have acquired.


Voting rights

Investors who have invested in the ROC token can participate in the voting system.

To gain access to the voting system, investors who have invested in the ROC token must register and verify their identity. In addition, their status as token holders are verified. As soon as these steps have been completed, they can actively participate in the votes.

Investors in Rocksolid Estate AG, have the opportunity to vote on important operational and investment-related measures such as real estate purchases, sales and other strategic decisions. By acquiring ROC tokens, investors receive co-determination rights that are allocated to them according to the number of tokens they hold. Voting is carried out within a fixed period, usually 24 hours.

The voting results will be published online after the end of the voting period and can only be viewed by investors.

Voting information is provided with different lead times depending on the type of vote. As a rule, you will be informed at least 10 to 20 days before the voting date, depending on whether it concerns operational or investment-related measures. These advance notifications give you enough time to find out about the issues and prepare your decision.


Tax

The profit share for our investors, which is paid out as a monthly distribution in eCredits (ECS), is subject to final taxation, as we pay the applicable capital gains tax (KESt) of currently 27.5% for our investors. Depending on the individual tax situation, this tax could be accounted into the respective tax calculation. However, if the value of the ROC token increases and the tokens are sold at a higher value, you will have to pay tax on the excess profit based on your individual tax situation.
