Thanks to fixed-term rental agreements in the commercial sector, it is possible to react flexibly to changes in the market and continuously adapt the portfolio to current conditions. We are convinced that commercial real estate represents a stable and profitable investment opportunity.
No, as an investor you do not bear the costs for damage to the properties. Every property managed by Rocksolid Estate AG is comprehensively insured. In addition, the properties are regularly optimized and, if necessary, immediately repaired to maintain their value and profitability.
No, the property you invest in is purely an investment and cannot be used for personal use. However, the apartments in the hotel properties you have invested in are of course available for you to book if you want to use them for your vacation.
If one of Rocksolid Estate’s properties becomes vacant, a new tenant is found as quickly as possible to make the property profitable again. Thanks to the diversification of the real estate portfolio, you still benefit from income from other properties, which reduces your risk. In addition, the vacancy rate for office properties in Vienna was only 3.6 percent in the 4th quarter of 2023, which shows a stable market situation.

Without access to the portal, your wallet address and payouts cannot be properly recorded or processed.

To receive your monthly payouts in EURC, you must enter your Avalanche wallet address in the portal.

Yield distribution and payout
Monthly payouts are made in EURC (Euro Coin).
EURC is a so-called stablecoin, which is pegged 1:1 to the Euro (€).
This ensures that our investors receive stable and secure payouts – without the risk of exchange rate fluctuations typically associated with traditional cryptocurrencies.
EURC enables fast, low-cost, and transparent transactions on the blockchain and is supported by many well-known exchanges and networks.
For Rocksolid investors, EURC is the ideal solution for digital, yet reliable and euro-based payouts.

To receive your monthly payouts in EURC, you need your own Avalanche C-Chain wallet address.
This address functions similarly to an IBAN – but for the blockchain.
You can generate one easily using a free wallet such as MetaMask.
You can easily set up a wallet using MetaMask, available as a browser extension or mobile app.
After setting it up, you’ll need to add the Avalanche C-Chain network to make your wallet compatible with the ROC token.

After making your first investment, you’ll be invited to register in the Rocksolid Investor Portal.
There, under the “Investments” section, you can enter your Avalanche wallet address. This is mandatory for the system to processed the payouts correctly and automatically

Distributions to token holders are made monthly between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Rocksolid Estate AG offers investors the opportunity to benefit from a diversified portfolio of high-quality commercial real estate.
Depending on various factors such as location, type of property, lease agreements, and size of the property, rental yields for commercial real estate in Germany and Austria (as of 2025) typically range between 5–10% per year.
Your share of the annual return is based on the net rental income of the properties, after deducting administrative and property-related costs.
As Rocksolid Estate’s property portfolio grows, your share of the rental income increases – since the fixed cost structure becomes more efficient over time.
Additionally, you may benefit from the capital appreciation of the properties. In recent years, real estate values have increased by an average of 5–10% annually.
You can realize this appreciation once you sell your acquired real estate tokens.
Voting rights
Investors who have invested in the ROC token can participate in the voting system.
To gain access to the voting system, investors who have invested in the ROC token must register and verify their identity. In addition, their status as token holders are verified. As soon as these steps have been completed, they can actively participate in the votes.
Investors in Rocksolid Estate AG, have the opportunity to vote on important operational and investment-related measures such as real estate purchases, sales and other strategic decisions. By acquiring ROC tokens, investors receive co-determination rights that are allocated to them according to the number of tokens they hold. The precise details are set out in the capital market prospectus.
Voting is carried out within a fixed period, usually 24 hours.
The voting results will be published online after the end of the voting period and can only be viewed by investors.
Voting information is provided with different lead times depending on the type of vote. As a rule, you will be informed at least 10 to 20 days before the voting date, depending on whether it concerns operational or investment-related measures. These advance notifications give you enough time to find out about the issues and prepare your decision.
Tax
The profit share for our investors, which is paid out as a monthly distribution in EURC, is subject to final taxation, as we pay the applicable capital gains tax (KESt) of currently 27.5% for our investors. Depending on the individual tax situation, this tax could be accounted into the respective tax calculation. However, if the value of the ROC token increases and the tokens are sold at a higher value, you will have to pay tax on the excess profit based on your individual tax situation.
